A story of wellness

Wood Work
"Art enables us to find ourselves and lose ourselves at the same time"  Thomas Merton

stripping it back to basics

At Campbell & Rose we deeply understand the therapeutic effects that simply getting immersed in a creative activity can produce.  Studies have shown that it can:

  1. reduce stress

  2. increase positive emotions and boost mental well-being

  3. boost confidence

  4. increase empathy

  5. improve quality of life for those with a long term mental or physical health condition

  6. help to recover from addiction

  7. enhance brain productivity

  8. bring people together

With so much up for offer, we just want to share the love! The profits from the business provide therapeutic craft activities to people, young and old, that would have to overcome barriers to access a provision. We are specifically aiming to capture those that would ordinarily fall through the gaps of the statutory support offer already available.
